Tiivistelmä:Leaders are different than run-of-the-mill managers. They differ especially from administrators. First one has to determine whether the responsibilities required managers or leaders. It should be evaluated into which category the people fell. Matching the person to the job will result in maximum organizational efficiency. A person can be good manager without being a good leader, but a good leader must also be a good manager. One of the first principles of team building holds that the better team results when people of differing but complimentary skills are placed together. The better team would combine a thinker with an action type.
