| Tiivistelmä: | A study was conducted in Australia among school-leavers to compare the relative effects of unemployment and the quality of job on their affective states, personal control, and work values. The results clearly show that the positive benefits of employment for young people depend on the quality of the employment. But there is no significant difference between the unemployed and those poorly employed. |
