| Tiivistelmä: | As the focus of CSR research has traditionally been on private enterprises, there seems to be a need for an extension of perspective. The purpose of the article is to discuss corporate social responsibility in partnerships between non-governmental organizations and businesses. Five partnerships are examined in a study conducted in the context of developing countries. The study is conducted in Lebanon, and it focuses particularly on the types of existing alliances, their relational characteristics and salient factors that determine the success of failure of the partnership. |
