| Tiivistelmä: | In the past few years, companies have been faced with a need for integration in order to deal the trade-offs of the competitive environment. This need has made companies introduce different managerial integrating positions that are particularly important in the symbolic industries where the world of symbols and the world of economics must be integrated. The paper uses four case studies from the European fashion industry in order to build a framework for the effectiveness of the integrators and to emphasize the relevance of HRM practices in dealing with these positions. |
