| Tiivistelmä: | A review of experimental studies investigating methods of improving response rates to industrial mail surveys demonstrated that there are a number of techniques that can be used to affect response successfully. A comparison showed that methods that are successful with nonindustrial populations are not always effective when surveying businessmen. |
