| Tiivistelmä: | According to the results of this empirical study, the companies have reacted to ecological problems, in particular, by establishing specialized environmental units. The limited extent of implemented environmental tasks is almost entirely assigned to the specialists working in these units. On the other hand, the integration of these tasks in functional areas, which will be necessary for comprehensive environmental efforts, has hardly taken place until now. |
