| Tiivistelmä: | To handle a proper balance in the relationship between the state and enterprises or between enterprises and workers is the basic problem of the reform of economic system in China. As to the relationship between the state and enterprises, Jiang stands to the theory of enterprises' standard. As to the relationship between enterprises and workers, he stands to the theory of workers as main body. This paper tries to inquire into Jiang's thoughts on democratic management in enterprises. |
