| Tiivistelmä: | Regarding: 1. the OECD modified scales, which are a compromise between the steep OECD scales and relatively flat subjective scales and are most frequently used for research on poverty; 2. expenditures of households, which are inspite of some limitations better indicator of resources than income; 3. 50% cut-off; 4. median, which is according to the asimetric distribution a better choice than the mean; we conclude, that 6,9% households in Slovenia in 1993 lived in poverty. |
