| Tiivistelmä: | A few visionary leaders have realized that in order for their corporations to adequately meet the challenges of discontinuity, to sense and respond to constant unpredictable change, they must adopt a new form of governance and institutionalize new norms of adaptive behaviour. The author has put together a set of principles for adaptive enterprise design that emerged from his work with several corporations that are learning how to manage according to the concept of 'context and coordination'. |
