| Tiivistelmä: | Considering graduates of business economics respectively social sciences and supraregional enterprises with headquarters in Germany, this paper presents an analysis of the criteria on recruitment and the possibilities of starting into business. The investigation shows that there are differences among single industries. Furthermore, against all expectations, the personal characteristics are more important than the technical criteria and the characteristics concerning studies. |
