| Tiivistelmä: | This article presents an econometric model relating to the technological development problem of a technologically less developed country, by which its basic scientific research capacity (BSRC) and the gap in terms of time lag can be measured and forecasted in connection with factor analysis and the setimated BSRC progress function. Based on the analysis, the coauthors recommend some technology policies designed to promote total factor productivity as well as the international competitiveness of Korea. |
