| Tiivistelmä: | According to incomplete statistics, since 1994, the number of video-disc players purchased by individuals has increased at a speed of 30% or so in such big cities as Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Beijing and Tianjing. It is estimated that video-disc players will replace partially video recorders and Karaoke recorders in the coming two or three years and become the important cultural recreational appliances of resident families. At present, there are three main categories, that is LD, VCD and DVD. |
