| Tiivistelmä: | Managerial intelligence comprises practical and creative abilities. The most successful managers will have and be able to utilize effectively a blend of all three aspects of intelligence. According to triarchic theory the successfully intelligent person is someone going beyond just any one particular static profile of intellectual skills, having dynamic abilities to figure out their strengths, figure out their weaknesses, capitalize on their strengths, and compensate for or repair their weaknesses. The best managers do not follow any one-size-fits-all approach. Realizing that there is no one formula for success , they find a formula that works for them. Finding the individual path to success is the hallmark of true managerial intelligence. |
