| Tiivistelmä: | This study describes the development of the Team Climate Inventory for measuring an important aspect of facet-specific work group climate: climate for innovation. Evidence of the factor structure of the measure has been provided, based both on exploratory and confirmatory factor analyses. Evidence is also given about the internal homogeneity and reliability of the scales and their predicitive validity. Consensus amongst teams in relation to team climate is demonstrated. The analyses provide initial support for the utility of the measure as a self-report measure of facet-specific climate within the groups and organizational teams. |
