| Tiivistelmä: | The teaching of cross-cultural issues in international business programs tends to lean towards evasiveness and superficiality with a reluctance to explore in depth the logic and circumstances behind particular cultural acts. Building on a framework of alternative approaches to treating foreign cultures, an experiential exercise is presented as an useful teaching tool where team members wear a mask of anonymity to express and defend highly conversational issues. |
