| Tiivistelmä: | The 60% industrial total output value and export sum were achieved by foreign capitals, one came from Macao, which is at the second in Zhuhai. To build up Sheri-Macao co-markets need tariff-free at fast, and second both legislative and judicial departments should harmonize their law, make co-policies and reduce minus influences, and third unify both taxation system, simplify both taxation systems and low taxation rates, which should be adjusted in Macao according to Hong Kong margin. At last both partner should develop essential coordination. |
