| Tiivistelmä: | Advantageous experiences and inspiration: (1)the right of sponsors must be put into effect; (2)set up perfect legal body managing structure that can be operated effectively; (3)stress equity restriction, and standardize the relationship between state-owned operating companies and enterprises they subordinated to; (4)strengthen the strategic function as well as capital performing function of state-owned operating companies; and (5)improve and intensify the supervision over state-owned operating companies. Issues should be solved: 1.The quality of part of state-owned operating companies' assets is bad. 2. State-owned operating companies have to undertake many social functions. 3.The mechanism of stimulating and restricting managers is not perfect. |
