| Tiivistelmä: | Owing to the tremendous changes of the management environment of the SFEs, the former management concepts, knowledge and techniques of the managers of SFEs are no longer suited to the current situation. So the managers of SFEs need "second revolution". The article expounds the reasons, contents and methods of the "second revolution", believing that through the "second revolution" there will emerge a large number of excellent foreign-trade managers who have both political integrity and professional competence as well as the skills of operations and management and are suited to the development of the times. |
