| Tiivistelmä: | According to the experience, bank crisis has a close relationship with business cycle, which is not a random event like the "sunspot". When the return on assets greatly drops, it will bring out crisis of a run on the bank. The crisis is not necessarily a bad thing and has both the cost and benefit, which can bring about the best allocation of risks between the people of earlier drawing and late drawing. But when the crisis has cost or a capital market exists, proper intervention policy of the central bank will contribute to the realization of the Pareto improvement of the depositor's benefit. |
