Tiivistelmä: | This article presents experiences of collective bargaining from Finland. Finland is one of the European countries in which it is common for women to work. Despite the educational level of women exceeding that of men, the difference in wages is significant. Comprehensive incomes policy agreements have been part of Finnish working life for nearly 3 decades. According to statistics, it seems that differences in wages btw. genders have slightly decreased during the preceding decade. |
