| Tiivistelmä: | The subject of the paper is personality. The author focuses on the personal quality called charisma of several businessmen. The paper considers the importance of vision in leadership and the use of pull skill in influencing and persuading others. It also pays attention to the recognition of management preference and the consideration of appropriate style. The author states that charisma is the personal quality that separates world class leaders from the rest of the bunch. But if the one wasn't blessed at berth, there is still hope though the bad news is that most of us do not ooze charisma and will never make world class leaders. He states that famous visions have engaged the emotions as much as the mind. |
