Tiivistelmä:The e-shoppers who bought electronic products at lowest prices on Shopper.com in time period 2000-2001 saved an average 16% off the avarage listed price. This kind of information by a service like Shopper.com relies on the magnitude of the market, and is coherent with a diversity of theories. The consumers save 11% by purchasing at the lowest price rather than at the average price when two firms list prices. With the amount of firms rise to more than 30 firms, the savings jump to 20%. However, savings increase only to consumers which are on the right side of the digital divide.
