| Tiivistelmä: | Previous studies have shown that work attitudes and evaluations of older and younger workers are affected by the ages of their coworkers. The authors continue to investigate the issue by examining the effects the manager´s age. The results of a survey conducted by the authors amongst managers and employees in a large multinational firm in U.S.A. suggested that the joint consideration of employee and manager age was a useful predictor of work attitudes and decisions. |
