| Tiivistelmä: | The authors conducted a field experiment to find more definitive evidence about the effectiveness of a multisource feedback workshop for changing managerial behavior. In addition, the authors investigated the proposition that a skilled, neutral facilitator could enhance the effectiveness of multisource feedback. Workshop feedback with a facilitator was considered more useful than plain printed feedback. |
