| Tiivistelmä: | This article clarifies besides a descriptive explanation of the term 'Business Angel' also their function of financial assisting as well as personal linking with the competitive industry, as a result of which the comparative position in competition improves and the probability of sustaining competition increases for early start-ups. The contribution of private capital closes an existence threatening capital gap of technology-oriented start-ups in their early phase of development. Financial investments of Business Angels can be differentiated to those, which are done by venture-capital companies, referring to the moment of capital allocation, the contractual term and the amount of capital put at the particular start-ups disposal (original in German). |
