| Tiivistelmä: | This article evaluates the book of Buckley and Casson´s (1976); The future of the multinational enterprise (MNE). Book is evaluated against a background of criticism of transaction-cost-related scientific work. The authors illustrate that the "schism" can take notes in the field of international business and international management. The authors also infern that the book of Buckley and Casson still represents a starting point for the study of MNE. |
