| Tiivistelmä: | A meta-analysis of research on the associations between relationship conflict, task conflict, team performance, and team member satisfaction is provided in this study. Consistent with past theorizind results revealed strong and negative correlations between relatioship conflict, team performance and team member satisfaction. |
