| Tiivistelmä: | In this study, a comprehensive approach has been employed to investigate office interior environments in relation to employee needs and preferences for privacy. The issue of privacy was considered in the context of several physical and psychological factors that can affect the health and wellbeing of employees in the workplace. The authors' research findings suggest that privacy needs mainly depend on the particular nature of the work. The research provides statistical data to guide designers and managers in future decision making. |
