Tiivistelmä: | In the early 1990s, Caterpillar Track-Type Tractors Division was in financial trouble. Top management had to turn this division around. Critical to this turnaround was creating a culture that would capture the commitment of all employees. More than 270 obstacles to creating a new culture had to be overcome. Nine common values were identified by employees and mangers to overcome these obstacles. A 360 degree feed-back process was implemented and within seven years, this division's financial plight was completely turned around. |
