| Tiivistelmä: | Large-scale projects carried out by multiple teams are characterized by strong interdependencies between the teams. In addition to within-team co-operation, the collaboration between teams appears to be a necessary prerequisite for team success. This article develops and empirically tests a concept of between-team collaboration in a longitudinal study. |
