| Tiivistelmä: | This article explores the relationship between tenure-, age-, sex-, and race diversity and performance and whether employee participation in firm's diversity education programs affects this relationship. Data from 486 retail bank branches is analysed for the results. The results indicate that race and sex diversity did not relate to performance, and the effects of tenure and age diversity were mainly negative. Diversity education programs had little impact on performance. |
