Tiivistelmä:There are several internal management issues associated with awards shows. Particularly, the effect of awards on an agency's ability to encourage in-house creativity. Awards have been found to boost staff morale, help promote company pride, challenge other employees and lift standards within the agency so that creativity can be an integral part of company culture. This study asks: 1) to what extent do managers of award shows follow creativity assessment technique (CAT) or similar procedures? and 2) What can be learnt by managers about creativity from the data provided by award shows?
