| Tiivistelmä: | This article describes the role of technology in knowledge management in organizations. The writers carried out facilitated, computer-supported workshops with 78 people from ten different organizations. The purpose of every workshop was to review the current state of knowledge management in that organization and develop a plan for the future. The results indicated that only three organizations had adopted a real technology-based system to knowledge management problems. |
