| Tiivistelmä: | This paper offers an alternative construct to inter-organizational trust: relational quality (hereafter as: rel-qty). It is argued that rel-qty. is the dynamic outcome of several organizational processes including initial conditions, negotiation and transaction processes occurring early in the relationship, partner interactions, and external events etc. The paper developes a series of propositions about the relative influence of these elements on rel-qty., and offers additional propositions. |
