Tiivistelmä: | This article examines how the transformational leader behaviour (TLB) affects employee cynicism about organizational change. Strategies udes by change implementers were operationalized as six transformational leader bahaviours, and then hypothesized to impact on employees' cynicism about organizational change (CAOC). Social lerning theory and communication theory were combined to provide ground for the presumed effects. The findings indicate that TLB is related to lower CAOC and eventually to reducing CAOC. |
