| Tiivistelmä: | This paper introduces an analytic hierarchy process (AHP) model that adopts several important criteria. A questionnaire based on selection criteria identified from literature and interviews with experts is designed using the modified Delphi Technique and then sent to exports and decision makers. Major selection criteria were analysed and ranked using AHP. It was shown that personal situation criterion is more important than the store location criterion. The presented selection model enables a franchiser to select franchisees more objectively by allowing them to operate effectively. |
