| Tiivistelmä: | In this article, the restructuring process (hereafter as: r-ing) following a cross-border merger in the pharmaceuticals sector is examined. It is shown how national industrial relations systems account for aspects of cross-national differences in r-ing. However, it is also argued that institutionalist approaches to comparative analysis must be complemented by a focus on the organizational actors' material interests and the resources able to be deployed. |
