| Tiivistelmä: | The article stresses three distinctive aspects of enterprise partnership. First, enterprise partnership provides a good alternative to the common 'leadership model' of organizational change. Second, organizational features of partnerships that exceed national or economical settings are highlighted. It is argued that these ultimately may enhance fairness and performance at work. Third, the spreading of partnerships requires the support of extrafirm institutional frameworks. |
