| Tiivistelmä: | This article examines how ecological sustainability goals in a multinational company (MNC) can trickle down through the organization via supervisors' sustainability support behaviours. Specifically, the paper assesses how supervisors internalize their corporation's commitment to ecological sustainability and behave in ways that convey this commitment to their subordinates. A framework is created based on the value-belief-norm theory, and tested on a pharmaceutical company. |
