| Tiivistelmä: | This article examines agglomeration and tax competition in a model which produces stable equilibria with partial agglomeration in addition to the core-periphery equilibria. According to the authors, if the mobile factor is entirely agglomerated in one region, it generates an agglomeration rent which can be taxed. |
