| Tiivistelmä: | This article introduces a managerial perspective on bullying in organizations. There has been a lack of attention for this problem in American organizations, which has supported both casual and more severe forms of harassment that the workplace laws do not currently cover. Bullying can create toxic working environments and undermine organizational productivity. The paper suggests some methods of protection from bullying in organizations. |
