| Tiivistelmä: | An essential tool in implementing Total Quality Management (TQM) is Quality Function Deployment (QFD). This study applies a Web-QFD (here as: W-Q.) approach using group decision making analysis to reduce the complicated data collection, aggregation and analysis processes. A Web-based questionnaire is designed to determine the importance degree of the customers' requirements (as: reqs). The proposed W-Q. approach is applied to efficiently gather the individual opinions of each team member, the critical reqs. for customers to enable decision makers to accurately assess the priorities of these reqs. An empirical example of an Taiwanese education system is employed to demonstrate the practicability of the proposed W-Q. model. |
