| Tiivistelmä: | Related to the increase of globalization, there is a cost effective trend in business and management: virtual working (here as: v-wkg.) in teams. This article examines the influence of culture in v-wkg. in multinational teams in the workforce. Provided is an understanding of v-wkg. or teaming, where teams complete projects regardless of time and space utilizing electronic media. Particular focus is given to the significant competencies of virtual and multinational teaming: culture, technology, leadership and communication. |
