| Tiivistelmä: | For a long time, the possibility of convergence of national industrial relations systems has been debated. However, the predominant approach is to stress the persistence of national variation. This paper draws on a number of comparative studies to consider whether globalization and European policy developments are important drivers towards increasing convergence. Consequently, the article concludes that a critical review of the prevalent research methods is necessary. |
