| Tiivistelmä: | The paper explores failure-based learning behaviours in organisations and examines the role of social capital and psychological safety in the development of failure-based learning behaviours. The data were collected in 33 organisations in Israel. The results suggest that in organisations where there is strong social capital, the development of psychological safety and failure-based learning behaviours is enabled. Social capital is associated with failure-based learning behaviours. The paper also discusses the implications for learning from failure. |
