Tiivistelmä: | The paper explores the relationship between organizational citizenship behaviour (OCB) and turnover interntion. Also differencies in ratings of OCB across cultures were examined as the study was conducted within the same organization in Malaysia, Germany and England. The findings suggest that OCB related significally to turnover intention, with sportmanship emerging as the strongest predictor of turnover intention across cultures. |
