| Tiivistelmä: | This article deals with managers' and consultants' thoughts and experiences of the terms and consequences of flexibility in an international temporary work agence (TWA) in Sweden. There was conducted a qualitative case study. Interviews were carried out with managers and consultants at two offices (in an administration and economy sector, and in an industrial production and logistics sector). It is found among others that managers and consultants are in need of both flexibility and stability etc. (original in Swedish). |
