| Tiivistelmä: | The need for innovation is recognized by most established companies. This article deals with how companies can get better at managing discontinuous innovation (here as: disc-inn). The problem is that disc-inn. is very difficult to do. Research by the Advanced Institute for Management Research reveals some valid approaches for increasing a company's chances of success. The approaches include: building a specialized venture unit, development of a system innovation program, and creating a more innovative culture. |
