| Tiivistelmä: | Based on case studies in the UK, Belgium and France, this paper investigates trade unions responses to systemic racism at work. A gap between trade unions' country level anti-racist policies and local-level union workplace practices is found in several cases. At local-lever the existence of racism is often overlooked. Authors argue in favour of unions more active role in championing anti-racism and propose a key role for workplace representatives. |
