| Tiivistelmä: | Law is considered as a boundary constraint in most of the current models of business ethics. In spite of that, many of those models are based on theories that consider law as an explicit referant in decision making. After reviewing current models, the study concludes that there is a need for more explicit role of law in ethical decision making. |
